At Royal Hair Strands, we aim to provide high-quality hair products and a smooth shopping experience. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and beauty products, certain restrictions apply. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
To ensure product hygiene and safety, we only accept returns if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The seal, tags, and hygiene bands are intact
The product has not been worn, installed, altered, or washed
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used hair extensions
Wigs that have been cut, styled, dyed, or altered
Clearance or final sale items
Customized products
If an item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
(You may choose one timeframe; I can customize this if you prefer.)
Return requests made after the allowed period will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If the return is denied, the item will be returned to you without a refund.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos or videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Note: Slight color variations due to lighting or screens are not considered defects.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for unopened and unused items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
A cancellation fee may apply depending on the payment gateway.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Royal Hair Strands does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our mistake.
Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
